Any of you North East Buellers interested in meeting for lunch at the Vanilla Bean Cafe in Pomfret, CT? |

Dan; I'm flexible. If Saturday is better, I'd be happy to meet then. If Sunday's better, that's good too. I plan to put some miles on this weekend; it's been a long winter. |

I see you have it pretty bad, its only going to be mid sixties this weekend here. I hate cold weather. It really sucks living in Texas |

If I can get the Blast (ignition module) running I may join, the XB isn't registered right now. |

Sunday. How about 1:00 P.M.? The food there is pretty good, and the place is a gathering point for all kinds of motorcycles. Nice roads in the area, as well. Last time Terri and I were there, we saw a 1913 Norton and a Vincent. If the weather is as nice as the weatherman is calling for, the joint should be jumping. |

>>I love Spring! << Northern NZ never gets that cold - even Mid Winter. Hardly ever goes over 80 in summer either. Rains quite a lot is the bummer - although not lately - just had the driest Feb on record. |

I just got back from a ride around central Mass. on secondary roads. Roads are mostly clear, but there are a few unexpected patches of sand here and there. I recommend that anybody riding out to the Vanilla Bean exercise a little bit of restraint in their corner speeds. Also; I saw a shitload of cops with cars pulled over. Watch your speed on the straight stretches as well. See you all at 1:00 tomorrow! |

All my Buells expect my 1125R are registered as red, I swapped the plates around because of my EZpass, and even getting pulled over was no issue as the cop only sees that its a red Buell. Good thing he didn't know no 1125CR's were made in 06 |

Have a safe and fun day fellers.Wish i could ride but Sunday is my MONEY day.I'm working. For the eastbound riders coming up 84,our westernmost portion of our 'Bean loop is at exit 71.If you take it,turn left at the end of the exit onto Turnpike road for the gnarliest portion of our NEBO loop.Stay straight on this road till you reach dirt.Turn right here.Stay on this road(going over BUELL hill(seriously,Buell orchards nearby too) until you reach the Ford dealer.Straight across the intersection by the side of the dealer you'll turn right on the sweeping left hander about a mile or less.Immediately after the "Bowl" right hander turn left at the stopsign. The 'Bean is a few miles on the left. Or whatever.....Have FUN.Be safe |
