Becerra is the one in the dark suit seated on stage. Not until the congressman is specifically confronted do he and the CHIRLA/SEIU rally leader agree to the request. Their natural inclination was to dismiss the suggestion actually laughing at the idea.

You will rarely, if ever, see me post in a political thread. It's just something I stay away from...that being said; I have been saying for months now that the only way anything is going to change is to vote all these career politicians out of office. Even if it means taking a list of current office holders with you to the polls just to vote against them and get them out. Just clean house.
When someone, especially an elected official, laughs at the idea of opening a meeting with the pledge while we have THOUSANDS of troops protecting their rights overseas is just sickening.
