I'd say you were riding a motorcycle on a warm !@%#&$*#%&! day. You were on your way to somewhere, when you encountered the proverbial "chicken crossing the road". Other than taking a picture of that, how would I know what the heck you were doing?

It's not the wrong side of the road. It's the 'other' side of the road. Some of Europe, All of Japan and lots of countries drive on the left. It makes it a lot nicer on tight right-handers.
You can tell it's because it's where the chicken is.
:-P

I'm amazed you missed it - chicken - other side???
Seriously - Agree - I think it's horrible riding on the 'wrong' side of the road when I've been in Asia.
They tell me you get used to it. I've also heard horror stories of people getting off a plane - tired and emotional - and riding head first into a bus because of it.

chicken on the other side of the road.....whoda?
Good one DD!
Ya'll done drive onna wrong side! Dat is a fact! We drive on the RIGHT side, so all those choosing to do otherwise are WRONG!(unless you are going backwards).
DD.....Uh, you know this winter's weather has been abusing our mental states of minds in this hemisphere. In my area we have been averaging 20F degrees colder than normal for the past three weeks and snow and rainfall accumulations are up nearly five inches above normal in the first month and a half of this year, with more predicted for the next few days.
I need to ride my Buell. Damn icy, pothole infested, salt crusted, cold, windy raining/snowing/sleet laden, cloudy, dampness anyway! Probably wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't every day.
chicken.....other side.....smart ass.
Hey Dave.....Where were you when the lights went out?

Gearbox/clutch seems normal. Everything was one finger operation. I could work clutch with pinkie finger.
If anything a bit cantankerous changing down 3-2-1 to a low speed halt - but the bike had less than 100 miles when I picked it up. They all get better when run in.
Overall Rated it very highly. It's a quite stunner.
