OK well there was another droid thread open but I didn't wanna hijack the other guys post. Mainly who has a droid and what are your fav apps? Free or paid? But my big question is how the heck do you send a ring tone or mp3 through text?!?!?!?! Iv tried installing a few dif apps that I heard will work and even with a 15 sec ring tone it says the file size is too large.. also what are some issues you have had with the phone? When I text it will sometimes show the correct text message and right persons photo but the wrong name will show up. Any apps force close a lot? | ||

Rockstar, don't know how to send ring-tones but you can get a free app. called Zedge. It has more ringtones and screensavers than you can shake a stick at. All FREE! | ||

Checked all kinda of droid phone sites they didn't help. As for me getting ringtones it isn't the issue I make my own. I wanna be able to send them to people | ||

My nephew-in-law really likes his. The apps are very good and plentiful, some better than what I can get for iPhone. I prefer the iPhone for its very clean compact design, but a tactile keyboard is nice too. It is still very much a pocket phone. I'd probably get one if I was not att bound. | ||

see i love mine but don't see it as a pocket phone. i have the "body glove" case for mine, and it clips on my belt... seams huge compared to my old blackberry. i just am getting really aggravated i cant send a ring tone | ||

just have whoever your trying to send a ringtone to go to myxer.com and send it to themselves |
