A well maintained Tuber would probably be a better all around ride. Always been a fan of the S1 Lightnings, though I never owned one. |

If not a Buell, then a KTM, Triumph, or Aprilia... |

I've got a soft spot for Guzzis, I don't know why. Never owned one, or even sat on one. |

God invented Guzzis so Sportsters could have something to beat on a race track. |

Ulynut, I've seen that bike before. What model is that? It's dead sexy. I love the looks of the Breva. The Griso looks like crap. |

God invented Guzzis so Sportsters could have something to beat on a race track. I only had one Sportster beat me on a race track when I used to race a V7 Sport; it had a very built 1000 cc engine, while my Guzzi had a stock 750 cc engine. My XT will beat my Norge, but I really doubt a Sportster will. |

Oh, THAT sexy thing. Well that's a Sport Monza 1100 built from a kit by Ghezzi Brian. Much more $$$ than I want to spend, but that thing is cool cool cool. |

I know this is going to be a stupid question, but I have to ask anyways because my vision's a bit fuzzy...does that Guzzi have a drum brake on the back?!? |

Ghezzi/Brian Guzzi, and the Norge fer sure... How bout a Ghezzi/Brian Norge? That would be a fun alternative to a dream bike of mine: a 1989 PC800 custom, hotted up sleeper. I've a friend who owns a salvage PC800 ratbike that's been to Computrack in Atlanta- garonteed "WTF IZZAT?!" unless you're a Honda mechanic. I had an original '89, in pearl white- FWIW it was a great handling bike, practical, just BEGGING for upgrades. For my $.02: Keep looking for a primo used Tuber, regularly- and don't overlook a good XBSS or Ulysses if you can get one. I hope to own an S3T, orange frame/purple body, one of these days. Got photos of a fellow Bueller, I believe from New York, on his, up on the Cherohala.

You mean orange body and purple frame? AFAIK S3's never had purple plastics, but there are some w/ Molten Orange plastics on a Nuclear Blue frame. I'm partial to that particular color scheme.. |

I jumped back on my Uly after a few weeks of doing a lot of riding on some pretty neat test bikes. The mass centralised tractor engine on pogo sticks is still my favourite bike. |
