I'll start. It's called Sleep Cycle. It's a dollar. It uses the phone's accelerometer to detect movement during sleep. When you're not moving, you're in a deep sleep, and when you are moving, you're dreaming, or very nearly awake. This cycle repeats about every 30 minutes. So the app waits until you're in a very light sleep, and wakes you when you're within 30 minutes of the alarm time. Here's how I slept last night.
I awoke feeling refreshed and not at all groggy like I usually am. It'll be interesting to see what the graphs look like from night to night. (edited for grammar) (Message edited by hootowl on February 15, 2010) |

Hoot is NOT normal. I do NOT want to know where he kept the phone. I travel a lot for work, and love the Tripit app. Email a copy of any itinerary and it's all organized on your iPhone, Google maps, airline web addresses etc. http://www.tripit.com/uhp/iphone |

You don't wear it in your underwear silly. It does have to be in a lubricant-proof case though. |

I have a few favorites: MyWeather - a weather app that has a moving radar map. Very useful for predicting how wet I'm going to get on my ride home. Deliveries - Tracks packages, orders from Amazon, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Useful if you buy a lot of stuff online and want to know where it is. Shazam - Let your phone listen to a song, and this app will tell you the name of the song, the artist, album, and even give you a link to iTunes to buy the song. I don't use it often, but when I need it, it's a lifesaver. |

There's a lot, that's for sure. I have 5 pages full of apps, not including the front page. I'm a huge radio nut, so I have multiple Internet radio apps, like Air1 radio, Slacker, Pandora, Flycast, and Clock Free, which uses Shoutcast. Shazaam is great as mentioned above. My most used apps are eBay mobile, PayPal mobile, Facebook, and the Internet radio stations. I also have a ton of games. |

Trapster. Check it out. It is a program that allows other users to notify everyone of a speedtrap, checkpoint, redlight camera etc. It's easy to post a warning and you can set it to push updates to you even if you're not signed in to the program. Works great and FREE |
