Bart, are you cruising the Elementary Schools again??? I thought there might be a legal stipulation that would keep you out of this one. Name the next challenge Marine... |

No way Frank, I frequent the school on a daily basis.
sorry it's kind of dark, but you get the idea. Nice job with the snowman, Lynn. And nice touch with the Buell pin! And Frank, we hope you've been practicing that shocker, we will want to see it displayed correctly next time. OK, next challenge, I want to see your bike in front of a Beulltiful sunset. Your glove, displaying it's middle finger, on your mirror, for a marker. |

Ahhhh crap! I have to ride today for work, but will be back in the shop working at sunset. Strange how sometimes things come up that cannot be done on a particular day. This would be a great one for those stuck in the snow if the sun is out. Just park the bike by the door in the garage, open the door, fix the glove, and as long as the door faces nearly West.....you got it! Common you snow covered salt avoiding couch huggers! This one is yours! How about multiple winners! As long as the sun is out you have a chance! |

Oh well I forgot to upload my winner last night. I will see if I can sneak out for the sunset.
Between the darkness and the snow that was coming down, it wasn't easy to get even that crappy shot. (Message edited by froggy on February 03, 2010) |

It doesn't set when you are trapped in an office building because your boss decides last second to give you more work. |

I would like to see your bike parked next to a red, and a white, and a blue vehicle. Any vehicle with at least 2 wheels counts. Go! |

To clarify, would that be three individual vehicles, one of each color? |

Next challenge is to get a pic of your bike surrounded by, or in front, of as many other vehicles as you can. The first three entries will be accepted and a vehicle count done on the pics. (parts of vehicle in pic count e.g bumper, nose etc) Marker-Your helmet somewhere on the bike. |

I think I might have more than 36, but I'll let the group decide. Taken at a Fry's parking lot (almost always full).

Stupid rain. The slope of my yard has two inches of standing water. The neighbor's pasture is a lake. We are about four inches ahead on the average for rain fall so far this year. I know that doesn't mean much to my fellow BadWeBers buried under the new snow storm that hit the mid Atlantic states. We are getting more snow tonight. Lots of closed roads around the mountain areas because of somewhat unprecedented rock slides. This winter sucks. I did a ride of 110 miles the other day for work. The temperature never got above 39F. The roads were dry but the sun never came out, and most of the way there was four to six inches of snow along the roadway and the fields and mountains were all snow covered. I was going to stop for a picture for this challenge, but the parking lots were full of ice and slush. I'm just feeling like a dose of sunshine and a dry spot to put the side stand down just to even get a picture, might be a good thing. |
