From what I'm gathering, the Barracuda was the 1125R. The Barracuda II was seen in spy photos, but got "cubed" before it ever saw production. Oh, and on Facebook, I learned what the "XB" REALLY stands for from the man himself. Everyone here said it stood for an "X" shaped bracket that held the engine in the frame. Turns out, the "X" is the standard HD designation for a bike with the Sportster engine, and the "B" indicated "Buell." |

Reg, I refuse to accept your apology and I am going to kill myself in response to this repeat posting. I hope your happy! On a serious note, we miss you at ASBN. Tonight we had Chad Cose and Kasey Martinez among many others. We had cool door prizes, exactly 50 in attendance and were so cool, the lights dimmed. Much better than really good macaroni and cheese. |

Firstbuell what kind of crap is this?!!!! You show up talking about a tricked out S1 and you don't have any pics? Why would you do this to us? (psst, I would really like to see pics if you have any ) off topic: BTW I know what sano means but where did the word come from? |

"so if the barracuda wasnt the 1190, what was it?" My understanding is that the Barracuda was an entirely new model, meaning new chassis, new bodywork, new cooling system design, etc; the engine was a more aggressively tuned/configured 1125cc Helicon. It was NOT an 1125R, not even close. |

Very interesting indeed. It seems that would make it even more likely this model could be produced in the future by a new company as it has no association (at least not publicly) with the MoCo. |

I think it was a Blast replacement. |
