ive searched with no real results. I'm wanting to change my screen name. when i joined this forum i was 14 with a blast. now i'm 21 with a 04 xb12s and 09 ab12r. i know when i give advice or even ask questions about xb's guys have to be like "wtf does this guy know about a xb, he rides a blast" can anyone point me in the right direction. | ||

Go to the top of the page here. Click on Edit Profile. If you can't figure it out you can click on Custodian and see if they can change it for you. Or you could probably start the entire profile process again under a new name, but I would e-mail admin/ custodian to get advice on that since the IP might come up as assigned to your user name already. Sorry I can't be more help | ||

No I wont. To the best of my knowledge it cannot be done. Hex recently did the same, switching from Hexangler, and he had to make a new account. He of course asked permission before doing it though. | ||

I wanted to change my user name to my real name a while back.... but I didn't want my post count to start over again.... ya'll might have thought I was a noob or something... I didn't know I would end up liking this place so much when I registered or I would have went with Gainer from the get go... | ||

no rice...your not allowed to change your name. everytime we saw you post a pic under another name we'd all think someone stole your bike. two buells im jealous i have a feeling ill own 1 or 2 more buells before to long but the mountain bike is cool to have. froggy thanks for your input. | ||

wtf does this guy know about a xb, he rides a blast I posted here for several years before even learning to ride on my own. Blake even made me a custodian! Don't worry about changing your name. List your bikes in your profile and people will see that you now have an XB. Hubby and I are M2nc and Ulywife....not necessarily what we each ride on a daily basis. I can't even reach on the Uly!  | ||

although i'm far from havin as many as some people here, i'm bound and determined to get more. still would like an x1,s3t,cr and an 1125r to help round things out. but then i'd have to find one more to make it an even number. i hate to be in these types of dilemmas | ||

The owner of this site and I went through several e-mails, I finally understood that it is not possible without screwing with/up the data base. I was determined, so I started from scratch, and transfered all of my profile info to the next account. I had asked for the old account to be suspended, but apparently that fell on deaf ears, so sometimes when I'm at a computer that I haven't used for a while, it will remember my old login, and I have to scrub the post, and re-login and re-post under Hex. My issue was that I stupidly used my trademark as my handle. Well guess what I learned, Google picks up on all forum posts, and presents them to the public. I don't care if anyone reads my rambling and associates them with my name, but my trademark may be for sale some day... | ||
