Hello all Ive tried all the numbers on his site emails ? no luck !!! Henry Duga (who said erik buell racing would fill the order)took my order for racing rims, swingarm, chain drive unit and quick change axle but I cannot for the life of me buy parts because no ones at the office . Folks have had great luck so far with getting email answers. Email the website. From what I understand, EBR is still, quite literally, Erik. I think he's got one or two helpers now, but it's still a skeleton crew. | ||

There are PLENTY of "Elves on board". They do NOT monitor Bawweb so posting here is likely part of the problem. Send an e-mail with "INQUIRY - existing order" in the subject and you'll get a response. | ||

Good to hear Court. I've only heard the bits that are posted around badweb (I figure he/they are busy enough right now so I haven't been bugging anyone)...and somebody needs to go to the pub and get the webmaster so the "Staff" page can be populated  | ||

I've just no time nor inclination to engage in trying to tassle with folks having learned my lesson several weeks ago. The webpages are being updated daily and two folks are in the process of populating them. There will likely be a fairly significant change in the next month. The best advise I can offer is if you are e-mailing . . . is to be concise in the SUBJECT line. If you are writing with a question . . "QUESTION: Proper ECM" . . . an existing order "EXISTING ORDER - Canfield" and so forth. There are still 2,000+ e-mails queued up, something like 147 from nice folks offering to do websites and so forth, I'd guess 600 with technical questions that would take an hour to answer . . .well wishes from 23 countries, magazines wanting to do stories and so forth. All will get answered . . . it's just a matter of time. In the meantime, I'd suggest if you follow my suggestion above it would help. | ||
