I have done some research here and my 2004 Emergency Response Guidebook says there is a potential hazard of fire or explosion, vapors may cause dizziness or asphyxiation, fire may produce irritating, corrosive and/or toxic gases... I am glad there are some in protective clothing as positive pressure SCBA is best PPE for that kind of spill, and those not wearing it could face toxic exposure or death...
