Anyone got this yet? How much better is it then the Q2? There are good deals on Q2's right now and not sure if the Q4 is THAT much better. Also, do you know if the Scala pairs up with other brands of headsets too? A buddy of mine has a Chatterbox and i want to be able to pair up with him too! |

I didn't know Scala had a new product. The wife and I bought the Q2s for the trip to homecoming and they worked GREAT! It really helps when you can coach in real time on riding skills too. Any links for the Q4? |

I don't have one, but I have used it a few times. They aren't available yet(here). It has more distance and is considerably clearer/louder and then there is the stereo difference. |

Thanks Frog man! So, i think i'm going to go with the G4. Mostly because its new and can be updated with firmware. Has anyone tried to pair the Q2 with another brand? |

The Q2 plays through both speakers, but the G4 sounds like stereo. The reason I didn't give distances is that it varies on terrain. The G4 does stay connected over quite a bit more distance. The sound is much better. I have no qualms with the Q2 though. You have to speak a bit louder and music is harder to hear at higher speeds/more wind noise but it is pretty user friendly. |

Been listening to Motorcycle Radio Network podcast and when they do the "Live" street test they use the Q2 had it sounds great. Very clear and can only hear the bike running when they really get on it.. This is what got me looking into the Q2 and then found the G4. |

I have used both. I liked both. For the price, The Q2 is great. That's what I use now. They both squelch out the wind noise really well. A phone call sounds like you are in a room or your car, not on a motorcycle. If you were closer, I would let you try mine. |

Hey Pammy, can you pair the Q2 with the Q4? I have a Q2 and was thinking about upgrading to the Q4. I was thinking I could give my wife the Q2 and we could use the intercom feature. |

I was looking at the G4 also on the Motorcycle Superstore they have some good information on it. They also have an e-mail notification when it becomes available. K |

Looks like the release date for the G4 is in Feb and MSRP is $299. Hopefully actual price will be in $250 range! |
