Prints pages with black text.......just like it's supposed to. Prints envelopes with pink(!) text.............WTF? | ||

What's wrong with pink addressed envelopes? That'd be under your printer preferences, or take your printers software of the comp and re-install it, that's what I did when my printer kept squawking at me cause it had low ink, low parchment, low colored ink, and anything else than can run low. Thus, I put in fresh ink, both black and colored, and more parchment but it still bitched back so I just uninstalled and reinstalled my printer software. Now she works like a charm. | ||

Did it work? My comps a newer Dell with Windows 7 so what I did may not exactly correspond to yours, nonetheless, un-install and re-install just about always works for me. |
