Kathleen, Please don't take it personally, Steve, Dana and Rocco all have children and jobs and it is christmas time, so any lack of response is just a factor of that. They are not getting paid to do everything the MoFo did for us last year and at the 25th. You must be at HC because it will be the best one yet! Charlotte | ||

alright guys, so i've got good news!!! i've got the O.K. from the paretns to come up to homecoming! (as long as i'm not working on the rest of my life then, i'm trying to join the coast guard, and as long as i'm not at basic or anything this summer, then i'm going to be at homecoming!)i'll probably buy my ticket tomarrow sometime, and i'm also going to see if i can talk my buddy into going, he's as buell crazy as me, yet doesnt own one yet, (he really wants a lightning though!) he'd be riding his old virago most likely, i cant see his dad letting him have the magna. i'll talk to him tomarrow after i get out of school and see if i can get him to commit. I'm def going to camp, mostly b/c i'm poor and i really do like camping! (and if kyle comes he can help carry stuff on his bike! lol) like I said i'll probably buy my ticket in the next day or two, and after that i'll focus more on the planning such as how to get there, the camping arrangements, and such. P.S.- is there anybody out there thats going to be going through the peoria Il. area on their way up that i may be able to ride along with?.... | ||

I am sure there will be someone coming through close to you. Good for you that your parents have let you come. My wife and I haven't decided on our arrangements for the weekend but neither of us are wild and crazy folks, well off the Buell that is... You will have fun and do not be scared to just go up and say hello to someone and introduce yourself. The majority of the attendees are on this board and I have yet to meet any folks that were stand-offish. | ||

yea, i know right! when i talked to a recruiter a while back, they said they have soooo many applications that odds are they wouldnt be able to do anything for me untill oct or nov....althought i have a good friend at school who's dads in the CG, and her older bro is as well, she said that he could probably help me get in faster if i would like....i havent signed my nameto the CG or anything yet, i'm going to go to a recruiting day on the 6th up in chicago, and learn some more about it all. but i do like the idea of having one last "hoorahh" summer before joining, i mean if i get shipped off this next summer, when would i get to ride my new bike?!!! | ||

For room reservations, call the Alpine Valley Resort at (800) 227-9395. Tell them the dates you are going to stay and that you are with the Buell Homecoming event to get the discounted rate. Room's are 70.00 for week days and 80.00 weekends. Partner up and save even more. | ||

The same link I used to register I can't access anymore for some reason GOOGLE say Link is broken again, I guess to access it I will have to use the history on the computer to go there again. We don't have a cut off yet. We will though announce a cut-off for Resort reservations and the dinner after the New Year. I'm hoping we'll be able to go till mid May. If your going to stay at Alpine though everyone should start thinking of doing so soon. | ||
