The only honest reason that I want to see the 72 Fish record to be broken is Mercury Morris. Every time I here him talking smack on ESPN I want to reach throw the monitor and choke him. Better yet...line him up in the backfield with no o-line. Then let Ray Lewis, Julius Peppers and Junior Seau loose... Other than that, it's going to be hard to break that record now a days. If you want to get technical, the Pats have broke the record games wise...stupid David Tyree ruined the SB! |

I can't blame the Colts. I wondering if they'll even play Manning in the last game. They have home filed clinched, so nothing that happens in the regular season matters. It's all about the playoffs now. Sadly, the Titans will be lucky to end up at 8-8....again. Brings me back to the days when they first came to Tennessee. 8-8 was the norm. |

Morris had some issues for sure, but lets not slight the likes of Larry Czonka and Bob Griese...the '72 Fins Rocked. |

The Dolphins took away the 85 Bears perfect season, the Pats were beaten while playing in the Super Bowl those are both fair & noble ways to lose a perfect season... The Colts just laying down... That just ain't right. |

Being a long time Dolphin fan if the record was to be tied I was looking to see both the Colts and the Saints face each other in the SuperBowl without a loss. But since that did not happen to effing bad. |

Think about this. The 72 dolphins went 17-0...I'm not a Patriots fan but, they were 18-0 before they lost the superbowl!!! At 18-1 that Patriots team was better than the 72 Dolphins. |

Until a team goes a season without losing, they still have not accomplished what the 72 Dolphins had done, plain and simple. All be it with the longer seasons it is more difficult and you can acquire more wins in a season before losing your first one, but you still did not get the job done. |

anybody remember when they use to play football games to win them? Now they only seem to care about winning the Super Bowl. I hope the Colts fall flat on their ass now for that stupid move! |
