I'm with your mrs & DD, I don't find it funny or offensive, just pointless.
Maybe it's a cultural thing, I (& I suspect DD as well) grew up with the original books, not the Disney version. So I just don't get the humour in this.

you have to admit that the brits form of humor is a lot different from what it is in the states dave. because it seems like british humor is so much more serious makes it that much more funny imo.
outside of movies and motorcycles, how much of the american culture do you get over there? i know you do get a lot of younger people wanting to experience what it's like over there cause my neice was one of them. and from reading her email, everything she did there is not something that happens over here that i've ever seen. and apparently, it was a great experience.

At one time I woulda' thought it somewhat funny, not lol but somewhat humorous.
Now that I have kids, less so. At this point in their lives I don't want to have to explain the whole pimp/ho relationship to them. I passed a girl, well young woman actually, coming out of the court house the other day with a New York F***ing City shirt on. It of course didn't have the pretty stars in the middle of it and I have to admit I was offended. I live in small town America for a reason.
