Browsing buell.com today I found a new(?) feature where you can search by state and lists all the available buells by dealer. Thought it was pretty neat. Currently there are 1441 Buells left in the USA. http://www.buell.com/en_us/tools/find-a-bike/ Is this a new feature? | ||

There are quite a few 2010's on there, but not many 1125's. Let's see how fast you get to your phones...... 1 Red 1125R at Central Texas, Round Rock HD/Buell 2 1125R. Real cool feature.... every dealer website I went to...didn't have the Buells listed that the Buell website said they had OR... "Call for price"... yeah.. I'm all over that. | ||

Very cool. Also very sad to see how few Buells are left in some states. The only feature I don't see that would be useful is to be able to locate a specific model/year regardless of location. | ||

Also.... Someone is holding on to my friend's deposit for their second choice while they now have qty 3 of the number 1 choice available! I passed the work and I'm betting they get call tomorrow. Thanks for passing the link, Kev! | ||

When I was in Santa Fe last week, they had a Lightning, a Lightning Long, and a City X on the floor as well as two CR's. I was told that they had bought up 150 Buells from other dealers to feed their shops. That group owns Santa Fe Harley as well as a few HD shops in Florida, I'm told. I bought the last XT that they had on site a few weeks ago. | ||

Somebody **is** making out like a bandit. It is not the dealer. Buell had ALL that "find a bike" and "build your Buell" functionality in 1997, about 10 years before anyone else popped up with the "build it" functions. An executive at Harley-Davidson flew to M.I.T. To see the demo of what we'd developed at Cambridge Technologies and hit the ceiling declaring "Buell will have nothing that HD doesn't . . only four left in OK. 2 X's 2 XT's. All at the same dealer. Not a big surprise since there are only two dealers in the state and I bought the last Buell from dealer #2  | ||

Just a word of 'warning' (sorta) - the locator shows all bikes in stock, including bikes that have deposits on them and/or are spoken for. My dealer is showing three like that. Just 'cause a state *says* 24 bikes...doesn't mean 24 available. Just 24 that haven't been delivered yet. | ||

Cool tool, I hope I have some money freed up to buy one soon, or that this will still be up when I can buy one. Maybe this summer.  I agree about harley, some of those folks are/were real fools. Dark Age indeed. | ||

Also for the record, after the now-infamous "cubing" incident, this site doesn't include Blasts. Just because they aren't listed there on the site, doesn't mean they're not out there. We have 2 2010 Blasts in stock right now. With, well, very little marketing support. At least, very little un-cubed marketing support.
