The Book of Buell. The Canadian distributor sent them out with a nice little letter saying even though they closed Buell they still want my money and will continue to provide opportunities for me to spend it at their fine dealerships : )

I got a letter from the Attorney Grievence Commision.
Apparently they received the complaint I filed....now I just hope they do what is right. Hopefully the committee is not filled with lawyers.
