What was the ad? Just a normal Buell ad? If so that would confirm the theory that the Oct 15 decision happened fairly quickly. What's the lead time on Cycle World? 60 days? | ||

Am sure that others wont get a kick out of like I did, but thought it was good. It just has to do with Eslick's AMA Win and the 1125, with a little "tude" thrown in. | ||

I laughed when I saw that in the mag too...made bittersweet by the fact that I saw it after the Oct. 15 announcement. | ||

If we could just get a digital hi-res copy, having a poster made on-demand thru a web print house would be sooo easy to do. However that would likely violate copyright law. Then again, Buell is being dissolved into the Corporation... | ||

Honestly permission is key, and with the current ruck-a-muck it is likely pure weapons-grade unobtainium. That said, I'm not certain of the legality of a not-for-profit scan-and-repro. Essentially, run down to Kinkos--or whatever the hell it's called anymore--or again the online printer. I live in the boonies, so the latter would be my choice, but we still need a good hi-res copy. Anyone good with a scanner or better yet, any subscribers here who get the monthly mag emailed to them in a pdf? | ||
