Buell is Big in pro stock drag racing. If there is no Buell will they still be allowed to race?

good question,but those are actually S&S motors,so who knows what the rule will be next year...

I do not the rules but the concept is a bike based on a production model.

NHRA rules spec a brand made within five years, and they bend it sometimes. The TL1000 that the Suzukis run comes to mind, so they can run the Buell for four more years.
