Hi! Can anyone tell me what the 2008 Buell Electronic Diagnostic Manual (99493-08Y) is/covers/is used for? Is this information covered or not in the `08 service manual? Do I need/want one? Thanx in advance. Oz "Nobody gets in to see the Wizard. Not nobody, not no how." |

You need one ! I have service manuals and parts books for all of my bikes thereby thinking I had it all covered, right ? WRONG !!! My 2009 ULY was behaving badly so I went to work trying to find the problem. Nothing doing, came here to the BW for help as all the trouble codes as well as TPS info are not in the service manual as they are in my 2005 Bolt's service manual. Bottom line, you now need three books for your bike instead of just the two, I ordered mine already. |

Thanks folks, will order two, one for MY new XT and one for my friend - also with a new XT (in Texas, new BadWeb member, 2babueller). I have already ordered the Service Manual and Parts Manual, both known to me to be VERY useful. Oz "Nobody gets in to see the Wizard. Not nobody, not no how." |
