My favorite Cruiser guy (not on a Harley, but a metric cruiser) walked up to Dave and I standing next to my M2 and his XB9S. He said he liked the looks of the bikes, but they sure looked uncomfortable. He said he was on a long ride, going to a town that was still in the same county we were in. I looked at him and said, "That's a long ride? Hell I've ridden this bike to Daytona and Cincinnati. Maybe your cruiser is not so comfortable." Stereo types are fun when it's the other guy who believes the the stereo type. On the other hand, Ferris is a great guy to follow through the mountains on his Road King. One day we were riding around his block (Think mountains) and the county had just tarred and feathered (scrapped and graveled) the road. We were going slow because of the surface when a group of sport bikes caught up to us. We pulled over and let them pass. Sure enough the road improved and we were back up to regular pace. Soon we caught back up to the sport bikes and we had a great ride. Three sport bikes, Ferris on the Road King, Me on the Uly and another guy on an ST1300. At the end of the road the three sport bikes waited for their friend on the ST. Ferris pulls over and takes his helmet off to look at the map and I get to watch the reaction of the sport bike riders who were just pushed down the mountain by a gray haired Harley rider. Priceless. I have to admit, I do not think "Fag" when a loud Harley goes by, but I do find myself saying, "blurbblurblurblurblurb". That was the funniest part to me. That and Butters "Bike Curious" comment. As for us BWB fags, as long as no one starts singing Y-M-C-A, I'll be fine. |

Yeah, they only show the current episode, previous episodes are delayed by a month before being made available again (You could watch it until this past Wednesday when the new episode went live.) |

At the latest meeting of AMA Road Riding District 34, every time I shook hands and greeted someone from one of the AMA-chartered HOG chapters, instead of "Hi, how ya doin'?" I said "Harubrubrubrubrubbbbubububububububbbub!!" Funny thing is, they ALL got the joke and responded in kind. |

Wow, guess it has been a popular episode. Either that or it is making repeats very soon. Would be neat to see the stats on that video, would be good for internet TV marketing. I wonder if we write them a letter if they will pick up the Buell flag and fly it for an episode, one more way to parody Hardly Ableson. |
