i would like to thank ya'll for making this a great experience. and for everyone else out there who has seen the new bike thanks also. diane was just estatic with the bike when i got home. this thing started as soon as i had heard what was going to happen to buell and started calling around to see what kind of deal that we could get and right off the bat tom bumpus said that he could beat a price by 1.5k and although it wasn't a blue one diane said the red would be ok. now when we started to see what was really happening with prices, we could have shopped around some more but when his sales manager called and told me that they were able to take another grand off the price, that won me over as to the integrity of the company. but being that eventually we plan on moving up to tennessee one of these days i was also greatful for the fact that he plans on servicing the buell as long as he can cause it looks like he is really committed to the line. and with the heard that we have, this could mean the difference of having 1 bike to leave our granddaughter or 7 as of tomorrow.(more on that later) anyhow, i wish tom all the best with business up there and look forward to the day that we move up that way so we can enjoy the area also. as for jeremy(aka ft_bastard) he did a great job in letting the badweb know what kind of person tom is and what ever he decides because there will not be any more buells to sell one day, i truly wish him all the best. great people for a great community. thanks guys and gals at bumpus buell/hd |
