Lake Shore Harley-Davidson? Really? Did they change management lately? I have never seen a more Buell-hostile dealership. These are the same guys who sell Royal Enfield and Iron Horse, but refuse to keep Buells on the floor or in stock. Mbo54, have you vetted this? I sure hope I'm wrong. |

I've never had work done there before but I called this morning to see if they would be supporting Buell products with parts and service. He said yes. LSHD didn't mention anything about 7 years but McHenry did. |

If you do have any work done there, please post your observations. I'm probably going to Hal's. It's a long way, but I'm sure they've actually seen a Buell before ! |

Milt, I've had work done at both Lake Shore Harley-Davidson, McHenry Harley-Davidson and Ukes in Kenosha. They all have done good work for me. In fact my Uly in at McHenry right now getting some work done on it. They won out on this job because of their free pick-up service. They also said they signed up for Buell service and he thinks they are getting some more new Buells in. Another interesting comment he made was that he thinks Harley will re-open the Buell motorcycle brand and that is why they signed-up. Lake Shore has a new sales manager but they haven't been very into Buells since Kevin Kemen left. Kevin came to Lake Shore from the Buell Motorcycle company in East Troy and he really knew his stuff. I joined Lake Shore's BRAG club just because of Kevin. |

Mitt, my list is all dealers, including the less than spectacular ones. There is a reason several dealers are listed with green marks Updated again, keep them coming. Still nothing overseas. I might start dropping PM's or raid the storm front. |

Santa Maria Harley-Davidson ( Santa Maria, Ca. ) They had dropped Buell after the 2005 model year ( I bought their last XB12R still in the crate ) and just earlier this year brought Buell back only to see this happen. I was told part of bringing Buell back was a multi year commitment from them. |
