Lets start tracking who is buying what and where and for what price OTD(out the door). so far it looks like $5k off on 1125s and $3k off on all other buells. also appears that dealers will get shipments of remaining bikes from buell factory once it closes oct 30th. |

ok, good info. if one could buy an xb12Ss for $8793 otd BEFORE it was announced buell would close and added the 3k discount...then $5793 otd should be doable now. i suspect deals will get better in the coming months as dealers have buells sitting on showroom floor. |

Last Friday in Riverside Ca. I bought a NEW 2009 Buell XB12R for $6180 out the door. Thats $5500 for the bike + tax and license. I had been lusting for a new XB and the Buell closing, while bad news, was good news for me , I'm happy as a clam with 6100 OTD. |

"im kind pissed im going in and talking to the manager about that maybe i can get a free jacket!!" Why you are pissed? You just got a $10,000 motorcycle for $6,200. Can't you can't get a "free" jacket out of the money that you have already saved? I'm not tryin' to shake your tree. I'm just saying that you got a fantastic deal already, and I hope that you recognize it. I'm all for bargaining before the deal is closed. You agreed agreed to pay $6,200. Maybe the dealer made a few bucks... so what. The other dealer probably never liked the Buells anyway, and just wants them off the floor, even if he doesn't make any money. I'd rather give the dealer a little money and know that he'll be happy to do warranty work for me in the future. |

i've been hearing from reliable sources that the HD rebate to the dealer for the XB9 is only $2k. Which sucks. Anyone know if that's true? I really only am interested in an XB9 and I need to know how hard I can push . . . .Best offer i've had so far on an XB9 is $7500 OTD from Dudley Perkins in SF. The redwood city HD dealer actually told me that the MSRP on an XB9 is 11k and they're 'blowing them out' at 9k. Uhhhhh . . . ok. thanks for LYING to me! |

Yeah, in 07 I paid 12k out the door for my XB12S Cherrybomb Lightning.. Im jealous of the deals I keep seeing, but I would not trade the deals I see for the last 2.5 years of fun rides. Im over 10K and having to stomach the $650 for that service now. |

The prices are sure to go back to what they were before the secret Harley discount deal ($5000 off 1125's, $3000 off XB's) started. The dealers want their money one way or another. |

No those sale rebates are for all remaining Buells until they are all gone. They are dumping them onto the market so they can get finished with doing anymore Buell sales before january 2010. H-D wants to end this very fast and move on. I called most of the Buell Dealers asking about prices, Everyone of them told me they sold more Buells in the last week than they ever did. Be interesting to see how many bikes are sold since Oct.15. Here in Fla. the 1125 $6040 otd XB12X $8000 otd on average for 09 or 10 models. Many Dealers only had Blast or police model XB12X for $10,000 with all the police stuff. |

I just bought a 2010 XB12XT for $12,150 OTD, this in high tax and DMV fee CA. The dealer said that the rebates varied by the size of the dealer. The largest getting the largest rebates. (Message edited by azdaniel on October 24, 2009) (Message edited by azdaniel on October 26, 2009) |

Today bought a 09 black 1125CR for $6495 with dealer installed high bar kit, WA state. $7431 otd. What a machine, I rode it before handing over the cash, last 1125 they had. There are more in Seattle area, at least there were yesterday. Local dealers are advertising for 6495 on CR. |

I just bought an '08 1125R, new from a Moncton, NB, Canada dealer yesterday morning $5999 + 15% tax = $6,900 Canadian. Last one of 2 the dealer had. They were $12,000 a month ago for a 2010 model. I am stoked about picking it up this week. Sad thing is now I have to drool over it in my garage. Damn these Canadian winters. |

Hello ALL. My first post here. I bought my new 2009 XB12X, Blue out the door for $8500 from the HD dealer In Allen Tx. Price was $6500 before all the dealer BS and TAXES and so on. I needed another bike like I need to be even FATTER than 330 lbs. HAhahaaa. Friend called at 5:00pm 10/15/09. Said the dealer was slashing the prices because Buell went TITS UP! I called, they had one, I went and looked, I put it on the Discover Card. Now I have a 2000 Suzuki LC 1500, a 2004 DL 1000 V Strom and now the Uly. My garage is freaking FULL NOW! Hope to learn a lot here. BDRAG |
