Is this just a marque-specific urban legend, or can new leftovers be purchased for $5K at any dealerships? (I'm looking at you, Tri-State NY/NJ/Conn. dealers) |

in my dealer locater search of the Buell site, i found two dealers in West Virginia that had on their webpage "All Buells priced at $6995" ...that is the best i have found and the one had 3 left...i have a friend at a dealer in NC that normally carries 6 or 7 Buells in stock and he told me that they had already sold out. |

Tramp, I pick up my new leftover 2008 1125R from Liberty in Rahway (they're a sponsor so I guess it's okay to post this ) tomorrow. 5999, so a little more than 5K, but still starts with a 5. David p.s. they have a couple left last I checked. |

Thanks for the info. Starts with a 5 is true 'nuff. I'm interested in a simple XB9, that was the model I was told was selling for $5k- If you hear of any other NY/NJ/Ct. dealer with similar prices, lemme know, I'll give 'em a shout....motivated buyer here. Brumbear got his for 5300 OTD. I have been witness to the sales receipt so no urban legend. I'll PM his number if you dont already have it |

That's right- Brumbear himself told me about that- I knew that a few people on the run mentioned this price range, and Brumbear was one of the. With the way my head has been this week, you can see why I opted out of riding last weekend. Thanks, Hammer! |

Give Ratbuell a call, he's easy to deal with. Don't know what the 09's go for but they list a couple city x. Just a drive to MD for ya. Hell I gotta drive there from Florida. I said a couple cause that 3rd one (2010) is already grabbed. http://www.hdoffrederick.com/new_vehicle_inventory .asp |

Yes I got mine for $5323.00 + taxes and tags they are going up now as the supply has dwindled I will check for you tomorrow Tramp and see what the going prices are for the City X if any are available what about a 12ss I think Schoch's has one and Kosco may anyway I will post up tomorrow. I know the last 1125CR they have is a red one and they now want 7K + taxes and tags but if you are out of state you could press em for 7 K out the door. Dave |

Tramp, Brians HD, in my experience, are douchebags. Doesn't surprise me it's their last Buell. If you don't ever plan on dealing with them after the sale,it's probably fine, but . . . Doesn't surprise me they aren't dropping prices. They had a 99 X1 on the showroom in 2002 for 500 over MSRP. |

Well I don't know about the XB's, but my 1125R I bought last saturday was $5500 base, $6000 OTD to my house, so it is true at least in Florida....lot of buells bought recently. I got mine at Fletchers in St Pete. |
