Well if things go right this is what I will be on. http://www.kawasaki.com/FusePlayerApi/ViewLargeImage.aspx?mediaID=107419 Everytime I had the chance to ride a Buell I enjoyed it very much. But I am looking long term and I have found this to be the best of both worlds. (Message edited by timberwolf211 on October 21, 2009) |

Ever since I traded for a "Brew City Thunderbikes" t-shirt, I feel the need for an S1 or S1W... |

Debating between a Aprilia Shiver/Desaduro and a Versys. I am looking for a "mini" Ulysses and either of the three could fill the bill. |

It's going to be a few years before I get a new bike. If I was going to do it right now I would still be looking at a american built Sportbike. 1125R or Fischer MRX. I am really hoping Fischer gets the 1000RR up and rolling soon. http://www.tankslapperz.com/index.php/industry/motorcycle/moto-2010-fischer/ (Message edited by p47b on October 23, 2009) |

Tim don't bring that one to homecoming this year. i don't want to see you drop it.....lol by the way how many bikes does that make for you now? hey now, that wasnt all my fault! it was a combination of crappy stuff lol. ive got the OD Green 03 9r still, got my orange 08 1125r and my 09 1125cr. i sold off some others awhile ago. im down to 3 from 7 two years ago. Jenn bought the second buell i ever owned (another 03 9r) back from a good friend of mine so she has that. but it just sits since we split up. i got her out on it to ride with me a couple times this summer but i bet it didnt get much more then 500 miles on it if that. then of course i have my first bike ever, 1985 honda z50r! ya baby! lol. so technically that makes 4 i guess. or maybe 3 1/2... i havent blocked out the idea of scrounging up a 2010 if i come across one. or if ours ever show up at the shop... but then i will probably have to sell the 09 i just bought. |

Next (and only) new bike was my 09 Buell XB12Ss. I won't need another new bike for another 10 years, right? |

I can't go that long with any kind of vehicle, I get bored and that over powers my sense of attachment within a couple of years. |

My last new motorcycle was a 125 cc dirt bike in 1976...only because it was a free race mount from the factory. My next motorcycle will likely be another early '90s FXR, or any early tuber Buell. For now, I'd really just like to purchase a NOS early Buell engine |

Bikertrash, you can have that now -- buy the bike and the accessory fairing at the same time! I may buy the fairing and put it on my '09 11R myself. |

That KTM looks like somebody took a motorcycle and dipped it in rubber cement: then rolled it around in a bucket of used razor blades. |

My next new bike will be another buell. How you may ask after they are gone. well they are gone as assembled bikes. I will order up the parts to make it. Then I have my new buell after Hd pulled the crap they did. the only thing that stops me is if they make it 100% unavailable to get the new frame. other than that buell still will exist for seven years. someone fill me in on this if i cant do this please. Because I have a builders license therefor i should be able to pull it off. If not i will still give it one hell of a try before the parts supplies are all gone. |

Just order a page at a time out of the parts book. That is gonna be one pricey Buell. Best description yet Crusty. That thing is POINTY. Z |

The more I think about a "parts book" Buell... What about a "Kit bike" as a next version of a New Buell??? That would kick ass, I'd buy one just so I could build it myself. I tried real hard to pick up my 1125R in the crate but couldn't. Zack |

That razorblade/glue bike makes 250 horsepower and has a Rotrex, (not Rotax) suprecharger bolt-on and pulls 9.815

NOT to be confused with this KTM which makes 2,000 HP the "NitroDuke". @ 200mph is burning 1 litre per second with an 1/8 mile time of 4.36

Buy one.......No, can't be done, but the stocker is appealing, face it there's no replacemen for the Buell, kind of like the "NEW COKE" fiasco back in the? what 80's? |
