The yellow 1125r at the Last Ride was a custom paint bike from Hal's. The one in the factory pic above is a firebolt, look at the front fairing. All the 1125s I saw in crates in ET were 2009s...but I didn't get a chance to "inventory" the whole lot, lol. We were told that we could place an order, but NO '10 liquid cooled were available to order, only aircooled. Any 1125s were '09s. |

its really gonna suk going to a HD dealer to get parts or oil or whatnot... and NOT see any new Buell models. But then again... its IS or gonna a classic and respected bike (any Buell) kinda like my 92 Supercharged Corrado is. (my dumb ass sold it) But it's still pretty easy to get most parts. |

I asked at the factory how to get a '10 1125 and was told that I had to go through a dealer. There must be some 10s out there, even though another Buell employee told me that for logistics reasons they started the model year with export bikes. Oh well, my dealer now put my name on a white 2010 1125R wish list with the distributor. If I get one GREAT, if not, I will buy a white 09 used next year... |

oh yeah another thing: I was told at the factory that they only made 10% 1125s on the line. Given that they lately only crated 35 bikes a day, the domestic 2010 inventory must be VERY small.... |

didnt they have to produce so many 2010 bikes to be able to still race for the 2010 season? so they have to be out there correct? |

Yellow '10 UlyX's do exist. We got one, it left quickly Nice looking bike, 2 big pieces of yellow on an all black bike. I like the tinted windscreen too. And on the '10 1125 bikes...if we weren't given the option to order any from what's at the factory (since they are no longer building), and H-Dnet.com says there is ONE 1125CR in Honolulu (it's black)and doesn't even give you the option to search for a '10 1125R or a white or red CR...then I'd say it's a good bet they *don't* exist. At least not for the domestic market. |

You should be able to race on 08 and 09 models since those were in production and met the minimums. |

If you look closely at the the picture thread from the factory visit you will see new unshipped 1125CRs. And every one of them (at least in the pictures I saw) were 2009 bikes as they were missing the LED tail light and pod graphics. |

For Once?!?!?!? I think there could be a long list of vehicles we've never been able to have that europe/australia etc have in abundance. I know we're both just poking each other for fun. Quick! Get to the dock and stop everything |

My understanding is that overseas bikes are some of the first manufactured so that they can be shipped and received in a reasonable amount of time. I'm assuming that any 2010's we get will be few and far between. The ones we do get will more than likely be selling at a premium compared to the 2009s and 2008s. I'd love to hope there is a giant pile of 2010s coming, but I wouldn't hold out much hope. |

According to two dealers I've spoken to, 2010 1125's arrive here in Oz in a couple of weeks. They should have details on their allocations next week sometime. |

Funny that a week after production ended there's still such unknowns. Should know what they have and who's getting it by now. |
