I got a new 2007 Lightning TT for $6500 OTD in Houston, TX. I rode it home this afternoon (239 miles) and can't wipe the grin off of my face |

09 XB12XT OTD for $7941 The interest rate from Eaglemark is what blew my mind. Dunno how they can afford to stay in business giving out loans like this. |

09 XB12XT OTD for $7941 The interest rate from Eaglemark is what blew my mind. Dunno how they can afford to stay in business giving out loans like this. Loan money was provided by Federal bailout money. Harley can lose it all and the taxpayer picks it up. EDIT: This is similar to GM and Chryco before they went under. First the low-rate loans, then the 0% loans, then the 0% loans and employee pricing. Then BK. HOG is on roughly the same trajectory as the auto manufacturers. It's going to get ugly. I can't get back to the States to pick up a Buell, but I have a feeling that by the time I get back, the Harley's will be priced similarly. (Message edited by hippo888 on October 29, 2009) |
