... I hope that all of us with "H-D Buells" aren't left with the same stigma as those with "AMF Harleys". Just sayin'. And yes, and I meant "when", not "if". |

Something tells me if it is in Erik's power he wont let that happen, he's not the type of guy to forget about us or his previous works of art. |

What i am anxious to see is what Erik will make without the HD hands holding him back. (Message edited by jimduncan69 on October 19, 2009) |

Hmmm, I wouldn't be opposed to an HD engine in another Buell. Maybe when HD ditches the VRod, the original VR motor can find it's way out of the barn and the '87 prototype, through the hands of Porsche, and back to where it was originally intended. |

I keep on thinking that there is more than one American sport bike producing company besides BMC that is not under H-D control. There's Roehr and Fischer. There's also Victory but they're mostly cruisers, customs and tourers, not sport bikes as such. So suppose EFB Designs went into collaboration with one of the above enterprises whereby Erik can freely do what he enjoys: Imagineering Motorcycles for fun and profit (without H-D constraints). The possibilities are limitless! |

I'm thinking V4 myself. But I'll roll with whatever Erik decides to do. |

I can't see how us HD-Buell ownners would be treated or reffered to as the same as the AMF owners because we have the Originals! |

Call me, I would be happy to come push the new metal and help people back to the brand that puts FUN back into motorcycle. *HD can keep their lifestyle box stores |

Rotary would be different, and the man has intimate experience with those type of designs, and they seem to make torque and power reliably. Just a thought. EZ |

http://thekneeslider.com/archives/2006/04/21/tul-a ris-two-stroke-racer/ Here is another American bike but there were only a few made. I got to hear Tuluie speak a motorsport conference once and he was very interesting. |
