It's a beautiful October day in Welcome, Texas, so I took a little cruise for some fresh air, and maybe a beer and a burger. Rode through the bustling metropolis of Round Top and, lo and behold, there's some interesting stuff to see...
OK, here's a hint:
This one'll give it away for sure:
Just another day in Round Top:
You just never know what you'll see if you get out and ride... rt ...sorry, Court, no hot chicks in boots... |

I saw a Factory Five Cobra just last weekend. There are a few of them in my area. As a matter of fact ,I have the suspension parts sitting next to my X1. Very cool cars. Did you get to talk to any of the owners? Usually if you ask them if it is an FF they will give you a ride. A Cobra is the closest thing to a Tuber on 4 wheels in terms of brutal performance. |

Hey, maybe one of those guys would be interested in a motorcycle company. |

It is not a real GT40, those are not real (a sin aluminum bodied made in england in the 60's bydrunks under a bridge) Cobra's. That is certainly not a Daytona coupe (7mil) However they are all badass cars and there is alot of owner involvement in the assembly of those thing. The guys who have built Factory Fives are as loyal to F5 as most owners are of Buells. |

Hi, Jay! Yeah, we're in la casa nueva--the little house is empty, so Chadley can leave the Taj Mahal in Austin! I don't think I'll make it to Luckenbach this year. It's been a frantic year, between building the new house, losing my job and getting Otis married off last month. I'm sticking close to home and saving my coin as much as possible. rt |
