In the revolutionary war roughly 3 percent of the population actively fought for independance. ergo a 3%er is said to fight for a cause. |

The Oath: 1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people. 2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people 3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal. 4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state. 5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty. 6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps. 7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext. 8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control." 9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies. 10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances. I'm down with that! |

Um, I would think that's pretty self evident. I'm guessing you're bringing up the point of illegal immigrants. The way i see it, if they'd followed the law to begin with, then there wouldn't be anything to worry about. ~SM |

Um, I would think that's pretty self evident. It is not that self evident and very important from a legal stand point. It is something I deal with everyday but I understand the 10 points that FB posted. I agree. However what defines a Citizen of this country is very important. |

Unfortunately, the treatment of "citizens" and "non-citizens" seems to be reversed. We protect the "rights" of non-citizens while stripping away the protections for citizens. |

I'm not certain that oath up there is attached to the threepers aside from maybe the military ones... "The Doctrine of the Three Percent. We will not disarm. You cannot convince us. You cannot intimidate us. You can try to kill us, if you think you can. But remember, we'll shoot back. And we are not going away. Your move. " |

I believe the "oath" I posted does relate to the military 3%ers. That said, we are ALL defenders of the Constitution (or should be). Let's pray that push never comes to shove. |
