After nearly 4 months of not being able to ride due to a shattered arm. I finally was able to ride today. I traveled 22hrs from UCONN and all I could think about was would I be able to ride. I tried the day I got my cast cut off a few weeks ago. That ended with me dropping the bike and snapping the brake lever off. An awesome BadWebber hooked me up with a new one that arrived while I was at UCONN. I unloaded the trailer, left my tools in the driveway, installed the brake lever and sweet Jesus...I was able to ride. And boy did I. It feels great to be able to ride again. |

Actually Fast, once all the literature is done, Florida Refuse will be putting on a poker run for one of their employees. You might remember my post about one of their slingers losing his legs because of a guy rear ending the garbage truck as he was dumping a can. It will be on Dec. 5 starting from Lakeland Harley. Once everything is final I'll be posting the info here. |
