I second the Tiger Sauce suggestion - not too hot, but a nice, sweet flavor.
Also, around North Florida we have the datil pepper, very flavorful, sweet taste, not too hot. It's become my favorite hot sauce, condiment, etc. |

We have a Vietnamese guy working with us at my job, and he turned me on to a hot chili sauce called Sriracha HOT chili sauce. It has a flavor that's wonderful! It's hot; but not so hot as to make eating painful. I like it enough that I'm going to buy a bunch of it, and send it out to all my pepper bellied friends for Christmas. We put some on chicken breasts that we cooked over charcoal this past weekend, and it instantly became my favorite sauce.
The local supermarket has it in the Asian Foods section, and it's very reasonably priced. |

Are Giant Pandas omnivores? In the wild they exist exclusively on bamboo, which would make them herbivorous carnivorans.
Most other bears are true omnivores (with the polar bear being the opposite exception to the Giant Panda).
And yes, Giant Pandas have been reclassified as bears... something that almost all kids instinctively knew but took scientists a couple of decades to figure out. |

Greg; if you've never been to Redbones, you're missing something. If you want to feel like Alice in Wonderland (or maybe like you're in an episode of the Twilight Zone) have them seat you down stairs. |

For Long Islanders... I highly recommend a trip out to Port Jefferson. There is a little shop in the mall there called "Pepperheads." If they don't have it, the company probably went out of business (yes, they carried Dinosaur Wango Tango Habanero BBQ sauce):

+1 on the Sriracha HOT chili sauce.
That stuff is great, always have a bottle on hand.
You should try it in a stir fry with chicken, onions and some lemon grass.
Vietnamese Hot and Spicey Chicken!! Mmmm Mmmmm Good!

I had to resurrect the thread just to let you all know about Jeremy Clarkson's accidental misuse of Dave's Insanity Sauce. The Top Gear host wrote about it earlier this month. I've got a bottle of the stuff in my fridge, and it's frightening. You almost can't use it.
