Funny thing is, the fairing design is similar to what I have been wanting on my Uly. http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/499/4676/Motorcycle- Article/BUB-Racings-Chris-Carr-Breaks-Speed-Record .aspx |

If they could move the front wheel back they could get some cleaner air under it. Looks like the front tire probably creates more drag than the whole fairing does. |

WOW! that's pretty fast! But just think how fast it would go if it had been the faster color black? |

The black paint weighs more due to it absorbing more light and heat. It would of only been able to do 130mph then, as thats all my black Uly could do till I swapped out the plastics |

They have been at this a long time and this liner is just the latest in a long line. I think they might have the whole wheel placement thing figured out. And on a similar note, last week at WOS,my buddy Joe Amo laid down the fastest run ever by a sit down bike with his old school ZX 10 turbo bike--an amazing 272 MPH!!! Take that all of you Hayabusas! |

Denis Manning is a very ENTHUSIASTIC individual.... I ran into him at Farrow's in Columbus. He seemed like he loved to take the the time to tell you about the bike.... It was kinda cool to hear him say the shape of the bike was inspired by a salmon.... Kinda reminded me of some dude I met in East Troy, WI |

I saw a Bonneville special on Discovery channel a while back...it didn't say much about the powertrain...I "think" it's a custom built V-4 engine....anybody know anything about it?? Does the blue oval on the side have anything to do with it?? A buddy says he thinks it uses "Harley" parts...inquiring minds want to know. |

"The BUB Streamliner Seven is powered by a 3 Liter, turbocharged, 16 valve V4 engine that produces a claimed 500 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque @ 8500 rpm. Even more impressive is the fact that the ‘big bang’ engine has to fit in an 18 in. by 28 in. space." Taken right from above article. It is impressive in person. I bet it sounds great at speed. |

The're no Harley parts on the Bub streamliner. The Blue oval was on their because Chris Carr was sponsored by Ford when he started riding the bike, it is no longer on the bike. At least that's my opinion I may be wrong. |

Purpose built motor.Built by Bubs just for the liner. They brought the beast to our ASBN night several years ago, very slick piece. |

Yea, it may be fast in the straights, but my XB can take it in the twisties. |

It doesn't need twisties, it is so fast it can just hit a ramp and jump the mountain to get to the destination first. |
