After trying for several weeks of trying to get a hold of the people at skeenah campgrounds with no luck... I ask the question Where is there a camp ground with R/V hook ups around deals gap for buelltober fest? Looking for one that is motorcycle friendly. Any contact info would be nice. |

Try Townsend Tennessee, Maryville Tn, Vonore Tn, Madisonville Tn, Tellico Tn, Cherokee NC, Robbinsville NC. Should be able to find some by adding the town name to "RV Camping", or similar. I frequent the area, but not with an RV. |

Well its actually just an enclosed motorcycle trailer with insulated walls and a breaker box for lights and a/c heating. Haul the bikes there, pull them out, then sleep inside on air matresses. We have a generator but not sure on the rules of running generators in the "camp grounds". It's a lot quieter to just plug in. I'll hit the search up. Just thought some one might have some inside info, or some one who was going to buelltober fest might be staying at one. |

I just tried it, there are many in the area. All will be within very easy riding distance of the Gap. Sorry I skipped over the reference to Buelltoberfest. I have seen an RV campground or two within a couple miles of TWO. If you want to be close to Suches Ga for Buelltoberfest III, try the same with Suches Ga, Dahlonega Ga. There are so many parks in the Nantahala National Forest, Chattahoochee NF, and Cherokee NF. Glitch and or Kristi(Ulywife) are well schooled on these things. I am more to the North. |

Check out Indian Boundary if you don't mind a little extra ride time. I assure you it is a very nice road! |

Heck, if that is your rig, I bet you could stay at T.W.O. they allow pickups with motorcycle trailers in the parking lot. I would Google them and give them a call. Probably just have to pay per person campground fees. |

If Buelltoberfest had been a flop the first time, no one would have come back....seeing as we're on Buelltoberfest III, I'd say it's a success and you should come and check it out. As for camping, no one has frozen to death yet...of course, it could be the clear mason jars being passed around that kept them warm at night! The only way you'll be sorry is if you don't come! |

Just thought some one might have some inside info, or some one who was going to buelltober fest might be staying at one. If I remember correctly, last year New12r and Braveangel towed their camper up to Cooper Creek Campground for Buelltobefest. Here is the info I found on-line. If I understood them correctly, it's just down the road from C3 Central. Cooper Creek Campground 6050 Appalachian Hwy Suches, GA 30572 (706) 747-3839 |

+1, what Kristi said. Do enough searching with keywords "Suches GA RV camping, Dalhonega, Wolf Pen Gap, Richard Russell parkway", etc, plus enuf good advice from the Badweb and you'll find a nice place to stay. My receipt from BTF '07 has the following info: Two Wheels Only 3580 State Hwy 60, PO box 69 Suches GA 30572 Tel: (706)-747-5151 Britt and GT would probably be your best contacts on this, anyhoo- give em a call. The Beer Fairy should show up, not 100% on that just yet... |

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PULL ANYTHING EVEN RESEMBLING A CAMPER TO T.W.O. GT will not be happy. My wife and I stayed about 4 miles away from C3 central in a very isolated camping spot. No toilet, shower, electicity, nada. and it is free. |
