Now that Buell has a chance of winning their first national AMA championship, I guess every right thinking Buelligan will be going to the races, to root for the home team.

Am I right, my brothers?

I can't make it. I am extremely disappointed.
However, the good news is that if I'm not there, all the Buell riders stand a much better chance of doing well. It seems that when I show up with high hopes, and the racers are doing well in practice and qualifying, something always goes wrong.
I would dearly love to see Danny clinch the Title. I'd like Barney to do well. I'd like to see Buells sweep the podium in DSB. I want Shawn to win in Superbike; or at least finish in the top 5. I hope Erik's new rider (Cory West?)does well.
Hell, I'd like to see Buells sweep everything and give Stuporbike planet something to really whine about.
If I'm not there, there's at least a possibility of it happening. If I show up, everything will go to hell.

I'll have to watch on the tube. I'm taking my new race bike to the track for a little shakedown session before racing at VIR.

I'll be in Illinois at the AMA flat track races. But I'll have a Buell T shirt on and keep my fingers crossed. Hell I may even try to trip an import rider while in the grandstands... Go Buell!

Taking my Uly to Springfield for the big Mile Flat Track. Will Definitely set the
DVR to capture what I hope will be a national AMA Championship for Buell.
