Pretty sure there are more than 2, WI and IL that refuse to allowed concealed carry permits? Makes the 2nd amendment kind of a "non right" IMO. Unless of course, the shit hits the fan when you are at home. Of course then you'd have to unlock your gun, go to the other room and unlock your ammo, load your gun and then be ready to defend yourself. Remember, when seconds count, the cops are only minutes away! | ||

LOL Dave, the only ones locked up (due to not having kids of course) are the ones I won't need when seconds count  And as far as Wisconsin is concerned, its still legal to open carry. Although I'm not quite that bold to see what would happen:P | ||

California allows CWP...Never seen anybody get one...but they are allowed.. Maryland, too, but it takes an act of Congress to get one. | ||
