I almost feel like that was cheating. It's the first one I got a second shot at. I'm thinking that one I can't do should be one I can't do. Who's got a light house? With a flashlight or lighter or something similar on the bike somewhere. |

Darn, and I can't get to the one on the Milwaukee Lake front... It's on the Summerfest grounds, so it's pretty much off limits when nothing is going on... http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=& daddr=43.026026,-87.897343&hl=en&geocode=&mra=mi&m rsp=0&sz=17&sll=43.026047,-87.896397&sspn=0.004549 ,0.011362&ie=UTF8&t=h&z=17 I could go down to the one in Racine/Kenosha area, but by the time I got there, it would be too dark to get a pic http://maps.google.com/maps?q=42.78115+-87.75839+(Wind+Point+Lighthouse)&hl=en&t=h&ie=UTF8&ll=42.78 1252,-87.758537&spn=0.002284,0.005681&z=18 |

too dark to get a pic When that "working boat" thing came up, it was dark before I could get away. I went to the dam where they are enlarging the lock. All kinds of boats and all in the pitch dark. I had one that you could sorta kinda tell something was down there, but I got beat anyway. Oh well. The nearest real light house to me( I think) is a a good six hours away. |

Repeat challenges are fine in my book, as long as we make it a rule that you can't submit the same lighthouse, etc. twice. |

So I'm back from my little road trip that took the Buell through New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, West Virginia and Ohio and I'm just FULL of ideas for this thread! Can't wait to win another one! |

Welcome back. How was "touring" on the CR? Have you still got the clubman bars? |

Yes, and I'm disappointed that Buell has decided to go with the high bars and the standard for 2010. I like the Clubmans much better. Touring was good - once I get all my pictures and videos sorted through I'll put a good post together about the trip. |

No lighthouses in East Tennessee, I think I know why. Will a small statue of a lighthouse count? |

My closest "lighthouse" is down at the local mini golf.....does that count? |

I don't know what the official rule book says. If nobody has a convenient light house, and since it has already been done anyway, I for one don't care WHAT kind of light house it is. I don't want to hold the game up on technicalities. |

Toona, you always could of done some fancy camera work and positioned the bike far in the background and take an up close of the "lighthouse", it would look huge next to the bike. Wide angle lens is a plus |

Looks good to me. Bike looks good to me too, like maybe you ride it! If everybody's happy; what's next? |

And for the next challenge. Your bike, in front of a State/municipality/government provided rest stop, rest area, or picnic area. Some sort of signage should be visible to indicate it is such. A piece of riding gear somewhere on the bike. I know this probably requires some mileage. There are enough of you out there I think this is reasonable. Good luck! |

If that has already been done please let me know and I'll try to come up with something new. |

Gotta try not to get killed doing this one since the closest one to me is on the interstate. Not sure I want to take a picture while 18-wheelers are whizzing by at 80 mph. |

I don't know you so I'll assume that I don't want you to get killed. It's just a game. |

It would cost me $7.00 in toll to get to the nearest rest stop |

Well, I'm gonna try it... Do I get bonus points for the nearest rest stop from the Buell factory? |
