I would if I had once within a hour of me. A quick search online didn't show ANY in Pennsylvania with the closest being in either MD or NJ, 4-5 hours each way away. Also, the website I went to to check on a ferry showed that there were 55 ferry lines in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
