The question isn't about speeding, the question is speeding and taking a pic, Some riders are quite capable of doing so, others are not. No need to even suggest that anyone move out of their comfort level for a game... |

suggesting a human be the "first" to do ANYTHING is suggesting they do it FASTER than anyone else. With that comes danger, above and beyond what the original challenge was. I cant take back my earlier question, but I SUGGEST we drop it and move on with the game. That within everyones "comfort level" ? (BEFORE the typical chastising and nit-picking ruins yet another thread) |

NO! This is the kind of topic that ruins great threads like this!!! NO MORE OFF TOPIC! BACK TO take a pic of your bike with the "Welcome to....(insert your town/city/province/suburb here)" sign of your area. In addition, as the marker, you must have a written/printed sign that says 'Great day for a ride' |

Alright, this next one could be very easy depending on your locale, could be done on about any street in my neighborhood. I want to see your bike in front of a house for sale (with for sale sign in the yard) WITH one of the "take one" info fliers on the seat/handlebars. I know it won't be readable, but it should be obvious that the for sale sign in the yard has a TAKE ONE box or an INFO TUBE thing. GO! |

Edgar Hoover with pink panties and stilettos riding a Blue Whale that is wearing a Sombrero! Now back to your regularly scheduled thread, which is the best I have seen in ages! Kudos to all the participants! |

ok then. bike parked ON baseball field. same sign, on bike. Bonus for kickstand on home plate. thought a ride to a baseball game would be cooler, and letting a little leaguer hold the sign |

I don't get the whole making a sign thing either. I don't ride with a tank bag or backpack and the storage area on an S1 is really small...Oh yeah there isn't one. I guess I'll just have to wad up a piece of paper and stuff a sharpie in my pocket. Still the best thread ever. (Message edited by skntpig on July 10, 2009) |

You can make the sign before you leave and just put it in your pocket. I was more fond of the missions that involved nothing more than parking your bike in front of some kind of physical landmark and sticking a normal peice of riding gear conspicuously on the bike... like the gloves on the mirror...to prove it was a new picture. |
