Dave,
I watched one of your video's where your riding down a very twisty road. You pass a car and continue. You finally reach the end and you hook into a parking area with the camera now looking at where you came from and you shut off the engine, which could barely be heard under the music. And then the fan comes on and I busted out laughing!! It was louder than the engine!
Great ride and I understand why you never wear the center of your tires out!

cheers man - the most common suggestion I get is 'I'd like to hear the engine' - S0 would I - trouble is I'm making the .movs with a Panasonic digi cam stuck somehere on me or the bike and once you are going all you hear is the howl of the wind over the front mounted mic.

Next time I'm up for an equipment upgrade I'll get something that accomodates a remote mic and lens.

LOUD FANS SAVE LIVES!

I understand the problem as my riding, racing, and brewing partner, or Mate in your language, showed me his European Alpen tour and as you say you can barely hear the bike but you hear a lot of wind. A remote mike with a wind sock on it back by the rear wheel somewhere might sound good, worthy of experimentation!! I wish I had DSL so I could watch more of them. I clicked on the video and went and took a ride for an hour and it was done when I got back. Not a bad thing after all I guess!

>>I wish I had DSL <<

Whole different world mate - I havent watched free to air television for 5 years or more.

Get it all online or pick my cable feeds down the wire.

Changed the game entirely. No more Television, the drug of the nation
Breeding ignorance and feeding radiation etc etc

Wow, amen to breeding ignorance!! I'm starting to consider cable since DSL is just not available for me. I just hate the cable company though!!!
