good stuff actually, but here is the reality of it... the Bueller workout 16 oz curls (with longneck dumbells) entensive thumb strengthening (tv remote) 5 yd dash (to the bathroom after waiting to long for the next commercial) leg lifts and leg presses (up and down on the recliner leg rest) obliques (leaning over the side of the chair to pick up chips, beer, remote, etc.) repeat-until the game/race ends forget six pack abs...let's hear it for "tool sheds"
