now I feel hurt and neglected...the Canada site has completely removed any BRAG links and my online profile will not work for the US site....I tried to sign up for a new profile but cause I am not in the US I can't.... SUCKS ASS | ||

Let me know what you'd like to see and I'll see if I can round it up for you. They have all the owner's manuals and the 2005 and 2006 Fuell magazines, and a very cool racing video. I had no luck using the download for the video though. But it was very cool. Lots of on-bike shots and some with the XBRR running the loud pipe with which it sounds killer! | ||

I understand the economics and cost/benefit of such things, but I echo my fellow Canadian's sentiments. I don't ride a Buell just to "belong" to a "owner's group" but it would it would be nice to be able to at least get a profile... Mind you, my very friendly dealer still honours my "Brag" (oops not allowed to say that anymore...) 10% discount, and I don't have to pay the annual membership fee....so kudos to Freedom HD in Ottawa Canada!! | ||

for anyone that hasn't been to the site recently, as Blake writes, you WILL have to re-submit yer data -- Note Bene -- the site database may still have your old logon ID, and may not allow you to use it -- be prepared to come up with another sigh -- perhaps some folks in Milwaukee should take a look at the "Customer Service" thread -- lease don 't waste my time was a big desire, if memory serves . . . . . . on a broghter note, the new Owners section has great potential -- if they do, in fact accept input, this could be a great customer driven experience (almost as good as Badweb) ;-} | ||

Newf, Next will be all of Canada, except Newfoundland.  I tried submitting a "club" via the owner's page and their submittal form. It bounced with the message that the email address was invalid. Notice sent to folks who should be able to fix that. | ||

Submitted club link and event link.... waiting to see them posted.... They may not have liked the club motto. Ride Naked, Play Dirty . But it does incorporate the naked sport bikes of the XB line and the off road capabilities of the ULY. Thin skin sensibilities. | ||

Thanks for the offer Blake!! As already mentioned, it's more just being excluded than actually not getting to see the vids and stuff. I promote the #$#! outta Buell here because I "get it" I have owned many bikes and the Buell is just hands down the most fun I have ever had on one oops I mean two wheels! | ||

buell.com sucks !!!!! months ago it kept rejecting my vin , gave up . now it's "The E-mail and Confirm E-mail fields must match" . well they DO!!!!! and i've tried copying and pasting , typing and used both of my email addy's , same f'ing message ! work my way to help signing up and "Sorry, but the page that you requested is unavailable or its address may have changed." | ||

Ok, so what's up? I go to the site, put in my user name and pw, and all I get is the same screen back, except Logout is now an option up in the header? Can't find any downloads, owners manuals, etc. I went in and double checked my profile settings, and its all good, except I haven't entered a vin. Had the same problem as woody, couldn't get it to take my vin earlier, so I gave up. Plus the site clearly says OR "bike model". Anyone else having this problem? gbr | ||

Gbr, Same thing I ran into. Gotto update your profile before you can enter the new "Owner's" section. They are requiring some additional mandatory info and since it ain't in your old profile, you cannot access the owner's section until you get it all filled in. Trust me, my head is still sore from banging it against my computer screen. Buell will surely put up a new reaction to such failed attempts indicating to folks that they need to update their user profile. | ||

Primary Drive Chain, 1.500:1 (57/38) ratio =XB12R Chain, 1.676:1 (57/34) ratio =XB12Ss I thought all 12's came with the same ratio in the primary? Does this need fixed too? | ||

Blake, thanks for the help. Man, they could have made that a little easier. Since I already had a profile, I kept checking my info using the Online Profile link on the header. Nothing changed until I clicked on the Create Owner Profile link. Then it showed my that all I was missing was my phone number. Once that was in, everything showed up. Thanks again. gbr | ||

FUG! FUG! FUG! FUG! That link leads me to an update page on the HD site. Only missing info it queried me for was my intent to buy a bike in x amount of time... Answered that, went back to Buell page. Login returns me to the Owners front page asking me to log in, which returns me to the Owners front page asking me to log in, which returns me to the Owners front page asking me to log in, which returns me to the Owners front page asking me to log in, Login is valid (it doesn't bomb out - I have an old one that does, so I know this one is at least being recognized) There is no contact or feedback link to be found ANYWHERE on the Buell site. Any more assistance you can give or suggest Blake, will be much appreciated. Thanks. You know anybody who knows anybody responsible for the site? | ||

I did not have to create a whole new profile but it lost all of the bikes I had listed before. About two weeks or so ago I called Brag and they said they would be mailing my new membership package for 2007 by late feb. Anyone else get this info? | ||
