Last Tuesday, I low-sided and broke several parts on the right side of my XB9SX, the Front Brake lever being one of those parts. Not wanting to ride around without my main stopping power, I decided to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Fast forward to Saturday. I bring the bike into Biggs in San Marcos at 9am and they are working on it almost immediately for the estimate. They also start checking for available parts, and even find that I had a puncture in my rear tire.

By 1:00pm, I've got a new brake lever, mirror, throttle assembly, bar end, and grip. Oh yeah, and a brand new rear tire.

The service, atmosphere, and expertise of the entire crew was exemplary. If anyone in the Southern California area has a service or repair issue, I highly recommend visiting Biggs in San Marcos.

BTW, Biggs is trying real hard to be a Buell friendly dealer. They have clothes now, a good selection of bikes, and I find thier sales and service crew to be top notch. Eventhough have closer dealers I bought my CityX there and have had it serviced there.
