I'd like to see something like this, but I would only look at it if it was a twin. None of that blast thumper stuff for me. So I'd probably be thinking more like a UlyX9. With slightly smaller dimensions(for those of us with 30" inseams). Oooooo, and how about an optional larger fuel tank somewhere somehow! (now I'm just dreaming) |

Naaah, They're just making room in the model range for the new, smaller '08 water-cooled motor! (stirring it up!) |

Think about it... The 12 continues in the Uly and maybe the Long. New high revving, water-cooled 9 to compete(race) with 600/4's and 750/triples. New XB13R with retuned RR motor... Just my dream Still stirring! Bret |

I dunno. Is it old, new, re-done? I just heard it was at least different this year. |

Go ahead and tell me it's fuel injected - I know that... I thought the displacement had changed too. |

The 883 was redone to an extent in 2004, though the 1200 is what saw the most changes (sharing the XB heads, etc.). Aside from rubber moutning and maybe an updated cam profiles or combustion chambers, there isn't much new about it - increased power comes to the tune of 1 or 2 hp. The 883 hasn't changed any since then as far I know, aside from EFI. |

Water cooled hooligan bike? anybody seen the speed triple from triumph? Rode it, its like they made a Buell behave. Not as hooligan as it could be. The sixth gear is nice, the larger tank is nice, the uummph just wasnt there |
