I just told a seller that he was selling a recall shock. It had the SRP installed on it. The guy told me he buys dealer take offs. I can't believe a dealer would sell this shock to somebody. IMO these recall shocks should be destroyed. Regards Mike |

Once the SRP was installed, they were supposed to be "good as gold". I always hated having that rat trap on mine and when the replacements were available, I asked and received a new one for my '99 M-2. |

I mean recalled shocks in general, not necessarily the SRP ones. |

I was looking for a tuber shock on ebay last month and I'd wager 50-75% of them were pre-recall units. Buyer beware. |
