For New Years my wife and I are gonna head North to San Fran. We are staying in a hotel for two nights Dec 30- Jan 1, and are not to sure about what their is to do for New Years up there. Any recommendations from you Franciscans? Beleive it or not, we are comming on the Bolt, as an early Christmas present, she bought me those Cortech saddle bags for trips like this. The only thing is I'll probably get only 1/2 of the room in one bag while she takes up the remaining 75%...Women Anyway, Im open to suggestions. ADAM |

If you like french onion soup, best bowl in town is at The Bell Tower at the corner of Polk and Jackson. Open till midnight most nights and serves the full menu until 11pm or later on some nights. Full bar, down-home pub feel. Never mind the big dog out front, he lives there. If you like seafood, try and get in a meal at Farallon If you like bright lights and movies and techie arcade games and interactive entertainment, hop a cab to the Metreon.
