I've bad the bike for sale for a few weeks and I get about 5 messages like this every day:

-------------------------------------------
chris baker <waterkanon7@hotmail.com> to sale-248930014
show details Dec 16 (2 days ago)

** CRAIGSLIST ADVISORY --- AVOID SCAMS BY DEALING LOCALLY
** Avoid: wiring money, cross-border deals, work-at-home
** Beware: cashier checks, money orders, escrow, shipping
** More Info: http://www.craigslist.org/about/scams.html

what the f**k kinda bike is this?? this is the ugliest bike i've ever seen!
it looks like a god damn cat with no tail or one of those silly mexicans
that mow my lawn. I'll give you 50$ to burn this bike.
-------------------------------------------

I blocked a coupe of letters out. **
I'm really getting tired of this crap.
This makes me want to pull all my ads and keep the bike, especially since I don't want to sell it in the 1st place but the wife wants a cruiser so she doesn't feel like she is falling off the bike all the time.

Does anyone have a cruiser they want to trade?
Ken

That's really odd that someone would take the time to give you such a heartfelt opinion about your ad. Wow, wonder what this guy does with the rest of his time.

spidy your bike is that way cause it wishes that she was as kwel as my bike.. lol

dude Blasterd just erase that crudd, keep the bike and get a cruiser too... my wife is the same way... but my arguement was that I would be riding it 99% of the time so why spend the extra money to get a cruiser when I love my buells... lol

Keep the Buell.
For the 2 days a year she'll actually ride with you, rent a Road King.
You spend only a couple of hundred bucks, she's happy, and you keep the Buell.
Win-Win-Win.

Yeah, she'll ride the Blast about 5 times a year. Still cheaper to rent a Hog.....or just buy a Uly! It does it all!!!!

I gave my gurl my Blast, she rode it for a year and gave it back. Now she rolls an SV650...But she's still behind me! For now.

nothing like having the best of both worlds, go buy the cruiser, keep the buell. make it happen cause you only live once and life is to short to wonder if you should have or not. having an ultra is great and i stay out of trouble a little more than on the buell.

Next time you're in a REALY BAD MOOD, invite her out for a nice ride. He He He. Then ride it like ya stole it. She will never want to ride with you ever again. Problem solved right? You get to keep the Buell American motorcycle.

I bought a Blast for my wife, it lasted exactly two trips before she high sided it!

I on the other hand I love it!

I have been looking for a bike that SHE could fit on.....the Big Kid finally asked me "Dad, why are you trying to find a bike that mom only rides on once a year?"
That settled it, I'm getting rid of the Sportster and getting a Lightening!

My wife is 4'10"
In 2002, she got a 883 which we had lowered as far as it would go without dragging the pavement. She dropped it 3 or 4 times while learning to tip-toe it at a stop. (Thank God for engine guards)
She's as good a rider as anyone now. Better than most in my opinion because she never gave up and can keep up on any ride with a bunch of cruisers. She still rides even after having to take care of me for two months while I couldn't get out of bed after a serious motorcycle accident.

One more time... Why the F... do you care what some idiot has to say about anything? (Except hot air balloonists which we should all worship)
