Make no mistake about it Erik's company has been built on hard work and an endless determination to succeed. The Larz Anderson Auto Museum is honored to welcome Erik Buell, motorcycle designer, engineer, Chairman and Chief Technical Officer of Buell Motorcycle Company. He will speak on his personal design philosophy and the company's unique role as the only established American sport bike manufacturer. Anybody else (besides my wife and me) going to be there? As long as the streets are clear, I'll ride my Uly. Right now, I'm juggling my finances.The lecture is the night before the IMS show at the Javitts Center in New York, which is fairly expensive for a family of four. If the cost is too dear, I'll pass on the VIP reception, and just take in the lecture. And that was shortly after I went to the Larz Anderson website!! Double doi!!! For me, the biggest question was, what day... It's a Friday. That means I need to get outa work and be in Brookline, MA. by 5:30pm.... on a Friday evening.... during rush-hour traffic.
